Matériaux, Procédés et Nanodispositifs

L’équipe MPN a une activité de recherche transverse allant de la synthèse de nouveaux matériaux aux propriétés uniques, en passant par leur mise en forme à l'échelle nanométrique pour ainsi aboutir à la fabrication de nanodispositifs innovants. Les thématiques de recherche incluent l'ingénierie des dopants pour la nanoélectronique, la synthèse de matériaux avancés pour la Spintronique et le Quantum Computing, l'ingénierie des nanostructures pour le traitement de l'information et le développement d'une plateforme bioélectronique pour le suivi électrophysiologique.


L’équipe aborde les questions de recherche dans leur ensemble permettant une prise en compte des différentes problèmatiques à chaque étape. Nos sujets de recherche sont explicités ci-dessous.
