Rachel Grosset-Darracq, silver medal at the ISCCM 2025 conference

Distinctions

Rachel Grosset-Darracq was awarded a silver medal at the ICDCM 2025 conference last September.

Rachel Grosset-Darracq

Rachel Grosset-Darracq, a doctoral student working with the ISGE team and CEA-Leti, supervised by Karine Isoird and Cédric Masante, received a silver medal on September 3, 2025, following her oral presentation and poster presentation as part of the Young Scholar Award at the ICDCM 2025 conference (International Conference on Diamond and Carbon Materials) in Glasgow, Scotland.

The oral presentation, entitled “Design and Material Defects Influence on the Performance of High Voltage Diamond Schottky Diodes”, presented several analysis tools for evaluating the performance of diamond Schottky diodes manufactured at the LAAS RENATECH facility. These tools aim to separate the influence of design from that of material defects through a set of experimental characterizations performed on the PROOF platform (photoluminescence, infrared thermography, FTIR, etc.).

Congratulations to Rachel!
