Micro and Nanotechnologies Platform
This clean room is one of the 5 national platforms in the Renatech network. It offers academics and industrialists access to its equipment which allows the development, patterning and processing of materials for the prototyping of micro and nano components in a wide variety of technological fields.
The platform allows the development of new micro and nano components; from basic technological building blocks to the creation of demonstrators based on flexible sectors.
