2 tons workshop: we tested for you

I tested for you: the 2 tons workshop at LAAS!   On November 24, 2022, I participated in the 2 tons workshop, proposed by Quentin Gravelier at LAAS. Quentin trained in leading this workshop in order to share it with his colleagues in the laboratory. The 2 tons workshop is an immersive game to imagine the future and act together for the climate.

In the continuity of the fresque du climat, the 2 tons workshop allows you to choose between several individual and collective solutions and actions to reduce your carbon impact by 2050 to 2 tons of CO² equivalent emissions per year (objective to respect the Paris agreements).

I liked the format: in a small group (8-10 people) for around 2h30; I enjoyed the exchanges and discussions that this game arouses, I had fun with my choices: OK, I can put on an extra sweater but I can't do without meat! 

In short, it was an exciting and instructive experience that I can only recommend! That's good, Quentin plans to offer this game to services and teams.
