The exploratory MED-OOC priority research programme and equipment (PEPR) - piloted by the CNRS, CEA and Inserm - is co-directed by Anne-Marie Gué, CNRS research director in the Mile team.

It will promote a new generation of organs and organoids on chip based on patient-derived cells, with a view to personalised medicine. It is being funded to the tune of €48 million over a six-year period.
