The first edition of EuroNanoLab lithographies experts group workshop is organised in Toulouse by the LAAS-CNRS  and C2N – members of the French network of academic cleanrooms RENATECH.

This will be an excellent opportunity to discuss new process developments, share your results from comparative process tests conducted in different laboratories, as well as explore ion beam lithography capabilities within the EuroNanoLab network, among other ongoing topics to come.

In addition, we are pleased to inform you that some industrial partners such as Jeol, Heidelberg, Raith, Suss Microtec and others under discussion, will be present on site and will make technical presentations, which will enrich our discussions and open up valuable development prospects.
