The topics covered at this conference will be of particular interest to scientists involved in space engineering and artificial intelligence, and also to those working in other, non-space-related disciplines that intersect with space planning and scheduling techniques. The intention of the workshop organisers is to stimulate the exchange of ideas between these groups, providing the former with new tools and the latter with an incentive to pursue their research with space applications in mind.
