ECQT2016 - European Conference on Queueing Theory
After three successful Madrid Conferences on Queueing Theory (MCQT), organized by Jesús Artalejo, it was decided to continue the MCQT conferences in a European context. The First European Conference on Queueing Theory (ECQT 2014) took place in Ghent (Belgium). ECQT aims to be a meeting place where scientists and technicians in the field can find a discussion forum to promote research, encourage interaction and exchange ideas. The conference is open to all trends in queueing theory, including the development of the theory, methodology advances, computational aspects and applications. The spirit of the conference is to be a queueing event organized from within Europe, but attendees and submissions need not be restricted to Europe.
Researchers who wish to present their work at ECQT 2016 should submit an abstract (more details in Instructions for authors). Participants at the conference will be given the opportunity to submit a paper to special issues of the journals Queueing Systems: Theory and Applications (QUESTA) and Performance Evaluation (more details in Special Issues page).
ECQT 2016 will take place at ENSEEIHT, which is located in downtown Toulouse and walking distance from numerous hotels, restaurants and museums. The address is:
2 rue Charles Camichel
