Zeina Abdallah awarded Best student paper award at the SPIE Photonics West San Francisco conference Zeina Abdallah, third year PhD student in MOST team, has received the "Best student paper award" of the field "Terahertz, RF, Millimeter, and Submillimeter-Wave Technology and Applications" at the SPIE Photonics West San Francisco Conference.

Jean Bernard Lasserre reçoit 2 prix de l'INFORMS Jean-Bernard Lasserre, already granted in 2014 (ERC Advanced Grant), received two awards at the INFORMS Conference 2015. "John von Neumann Theory Prize", awarded by INFORMS and the "Khachiyan Prize" of the INFORMS Society of Optimization.

"Adaptive hyperspectral imager: design, modeling, and control", from Scot McGregor, Simon Lacroix and Antoine Monmayrant has been declared Paper of the week in Journal of Optics. This paper illustrates the concept of a simple adaptive method of hyperspectral imaging with the possibility for near snapshot imaging of spatially sparse scenes by modelling and computer simulations, and validate it with preliminary experiments.

During he 7th Franco-Spanish Day CMC2 / IBERNAM (MicroCapteurs Chimiques français / Spanish Network of Micro and Nanosystems) in Bilbao (Spain), our colleague Aliki Tsopela (MICA group) received the Club Award 2014 for Chemical microsensors for her invited talk «Electrochemical lab on-chip biosensors for the detection of water pollutants ».
