Didier El Baz has received a NVIDIA Academic Partnership on October 2010 with a gift of two Tesla C2050 GPU computing processors with 448 cuda cores each (see NVIDIA Academic Partnership). The support of NVIDIA Corporation to Didier El Baz was renewed on July 2014 with a gift of a Tesla K40 GPU accelerator. The Tesla K40 GPU accelerator is based on NVIDIA Kepler architecture with 2880 CUDA cores and 1.43 TFlops double precision floating point peak performance.

Max Ott of NICTA, Sidney Australia, has performed a demo on PlanetLab with peer-to-peer decentralized environment P2PDC (designed and developped by team CDA in the framework of CIP ANR project) and a testbed OMF during the 7th GENI Engineering Conference, Durham, USA, March 16 - 18, 2010.

Didier El Baz had an invited talk: GPU Computing and Combinatorial Optimization at University of Perpignan, on September 10 2014.

Didier El Baz had an invited talk: Peer-to-peer High Performance Computing at CAID 2014 Calcul Intensif Distribué pour l'industrie, Institut Galilée, Paris 13 University, January 22, 2014.

Appeal

Gustavo Vazquez, Master student at University of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, has visited team CDA from August 4 to October 4, 2014.

A bilateral Cooperation agreement has been signed on December 2 between Professor Huansheng Ning, University of Science and Technologies Beijing China and Didier El Baz.

Vincent Boyer, Associate Professor at University of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, and Associate researcher at LAAS-CNRS has visited team CDA in January 2014.

Mohamed Lalami, Ph.D. student of team CDA, has visited the team of Professor David Pisinger at University of Copenhagen, Denmark from July 1 to September 30, 2010.

The Tung Nguyen, Ph.D. student of team CDA, has visited the Networked System Group of Professor Max Ott at  NICTA, Sidney, Australia, from November 15 2010 to April 16 2011.
