He also obtained, jointly with Georges Katsirelos, the Best Paper Award at the 24th International Conference on Principles and Practice of Constraint Programming in Lille, in August 2018 (photo) for the paper entitled "Clause learning and new bounds for graph coloring" for breakthrough results obtained on a widely studied Combinatorial Optimization problem.
Last, he was elected in August 2018 in the Executive Committee of the Association for Constraint Programming (ACP)
