Philippe-Antoine Gohard, Best Paper Award of the International Conference on Computer Vision Theory and Applications (VISAPP 2017) in Porto

Phillippe-Antoine Gohard, from the RAP research team, funded by a CIFRE contract with the company Innersense, received the Best Paper Award of the International Conference on Computer Vision Theory and Applications (VISAPP 2017). His paper, written with  Bertrand Vandeportaele, Michel Devy et Benjamin Coudrin, proposes a new method for the Pose interpolation of a rolling-shutter camera using non uniform time-sampled B-splines; this method is required in an augmented reality system using a camera integrated on a smart phone or a tablet.
