Benoit Nougnanke receives a Best Paper Award at ICIN 2021
Benoit Nougnanke, PhD student within the Services and Architectures for Advanced Networks - SARA team, has received the Best Paper Award at the 24th Conference on Innovation in Clouds, Internet and Networks (ICIN 2021). The conference was planned in Paris took place in virtual in March, 1st to 4th 2021.
He was awarded for his paper « Learning-based Incast Performance Inference in Software-Defined Data Centers » which offers machine learning-based modeling of traffic performance metrics in data centers. These models are intended to facilitate the management of datacenter networks for a good quality of service delivery.
His works were realized with his PhD director Yann Labit of SARA team at LAAS-CNRS, in collaboration with Marc Bruyère of IIJ Innovation Institute Tokyo in Japan, Simone Ferlin of Ericsson Research in Sweden and Ulrich Aivodji of UQAM in Canada.
