Benoit Nougnanke receives a Best Paper Award at ICIN 2021

Benoit Nougnanke, PhD student within the Services and Architectures for Advanced Networks - SARA team, has received the Best Paper Award at the 24^th Conference on Innovation in Clouds, Internet and Networks (ICIN 2021). The conference was planned in Paris took place in virtual in March, 1^st to 4^th 2021.

He was awarded for his paper « Learning-based Incast Performance Inference in Software-Defined Data Centers » which offers machine learning-based modeling of traffic performance metrics in data centers. These models are intended to facilitate the management of datacenter networks for a good quality of service delivery.

His works were realized with his PhD director Yann Labit of SARA team at LAAS-CNRS, in collaboration with Marc Bruyère of IIJ Innovation Institute Tokyo in Japan, Simone Ferlin of Ericsson Research in Sweden and Ulrich Aivodji of UQAM in Canada.
