New international communications!
This fall 2018 we gave 4 talks in national and international events, 2 of them being invited presentations at AVS Symposium and IEEE IEDM! These were the chance to show results obtained on optomechanical probes fabricated using the VLSI technology at CEA-LETI.
In particular Lucien presented during the IEDM Meeting in San Francisco an in-deep study of optical losses in ring resonator sensors, paving the way for great improvements for the next fabrication batch, and Sébastien had an invited talk about NEMS and optomechanics. We were also present at the AVS Meeting in Long Beach for another invited talk!
