Pachinko device: hydrodynamic cell trapping array

Pachinko microfluidic devices are hydrodynamic cell trapping arrays constituted by multiple traps. One of the main drawbacks is the necessity of several optical lithography (fabrication of the optical mask, fabrication and silanization of the molds) and soft litho- graphy (realization of PDMS replica) steps that are more time consuming, require several manual procedures and can possibly introduce contamination compared to one shot laser fabrication approach (Dilase 3D) reported here. All designs have been fabricated using a commercial DS3000 photosensitive polymer (DWS).
