Contributed papersSubmitted manuscripts must
be written in
English, must comply with the IFAC format and cannot exceed 6
two-column pages. For detailed instructions, see the
IFAC publications web-site: www.elsevier.com/locate/ifac.
Note
that for regular papers authors are invited to choose to present
their paper in a poster session, a regular oral session or both. This
information is not mandatory and will be used only for organizing the
sessions. All papers will
be evaluated
on the same basis. Manuscripts must be submitted electronically before September 19th, 2005. Invited SessionsPeople interested in organizing a session should contact Didier Henrion before September 19th, 2005.Submitting an invited session is done
electronically. The
invited
session proposal should contain the session title, the name and
affiliation (including the full address) of the session organizers, as
well as the title, authors and affiliation information of each
proposed paper (5 to 6) in the session. Also a short description
of the topic of the invited session and a short summary of each paper
should be
provided. The invited session will be given a number used for the
contributors to post their manustrcipts.
Invited session papers will be evaluated
on the same basis as regularly contributed papers. The
authors should submit individual papers of an invited session in the
same way as contributed papers before September 19th, 2005.
Publication and CopyrightThe material submitted for
presentation must be original, not published or being considered
elsewhere.
All papers accepted for
presentation will appear in the preprints of the meeting and will be
distributed to the participants. Papers duly presented will be archived
and offered for sale, in the form of Proceedings, by Elsevier Science
Ltd, Oxford, UK. The presented papers will be further screened for
possible publication in the IFAC Journals (Automatica, Control
Engineering Practice, Annual Reviews in Control, Journal of Process
Control and Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence), or in
IFAC affiliated journals. All papers presented will be recorded on the
IFAC Publications website: http://www.elsevier.com/locate/ifac.
Copyright of material
presented at an IFAC meeting is held by IFAC. Authors will be sent a
copyright transfer form. The IFAC Journals and, after these, IFAC
affiliated journals have priority access to all contributions
presented. However, if the author is not contacted by an editor of
these journals within three months after the meeting, he/she is free
to re-submit the material for publication elsewhere. In this case, the
paper must carry a reference to the IFAC meeting where it was
originally presented.

In the PDF file all used fonts must be embedded to guarantee a correct appearance of the contents. Papers exceeding 6 two-column pages will not be included. Information not updated on the submission site will not be included in the final program of the conference. |
