Le contexte industriel actuel implique, pour les entreprises, de grandes capacités d'adaptation à un marché de plus en plus concurrentiel pour satisfaire une demande client personnalisée. Un des objectifs majeurs de notre approche est de fournir aux décideurs des outils permettant d'améliorer leur planification en étudiant des opportunités d'intégrer de la souplesse au niveau des contraintes temporelles liant l'entreprise et ses fournisseurs. Nous nous intéressons plus particulièrement à la prise en compte du besoin d'anticipation d'une décision et aux horizons temporels sur lesquels différents types de demandes d'approvisionnement peuvent être définis. Ce papier présente un cadre de planification dynamique, basé sur un modèle de programmation linéaire en nombres entiers, qui permet d'analyser l'impact sur les coûts, de l'introduction d'un horizon d'approvisionnement flexible. Nous montrons ici que cette approche peut dégager des gains en favorisant la réactivité et en limitant le volume moyen des stocks de composants. Ainsi, notre approche peut constituer le point d'appui d'un dialogue entre une entreprise et ses fournisseurs visant à dégager des gains éventuellement partagés.

Abstract
In order to support decision making, this article investigates the planning process of a production unit within a supply chain. The aim is to satisfy the customer demand while respecting the internal constraints of the production unit and those of its supply chain partners. In that purpose, we suggest a mixed-integer linear programming model which is embedded in a dynamic procedure simulating a rolling horizon planning process. A special attention is given to the temporal features of the production unit and of its suppliers (cycle times, anticipation delays) as well as those of the planning process itself (planning horizon, frozen horizons, planning periodicity). Moreover, the proposed framework takes into account flexible demands and to evaluate different planning strategies to face with these flexible demands. Finally, a numerical example highlighting the interest of our approach is given.
