Information for Authors

Submission Guidelines for Camera-ready Papers:

Authors of accepted papers are requested to provide a camera-ready version of their paper by September 14 midnight CET. Please use the web form as explained in the notification email to upload your paper. In compiling the proceedings for the workshop, we have to operate on a very tight schedule. Therefore, it is of highest importance that you submit your camera-ready files on time.

Please respect the following formating guidelines:

Fonts must not be smaller than in these templates.

    • Please use page size A4! US letter complicates the compilation process unnecessarily.
    • Do not put any page numbers.
    • Check that all fonts are embedded in the PDF file.

Submissions must be in PDF. Additional upload of source files is advised in order to facilitate trouble-shooting in case of printing problems.

If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to the MonAM Organisation Committee

Slides Presentation

All accepted submissions will be presented at the workshop in a slide presentation. Authors are invited to prepare a presentation of 15 to 20 minutes for research papers and no longer than 10 minutes for extended abstracts/short papers.

Please upload your slides as Power Point or PDF file by October 28 using the same web form as for the camera-ready version. The slides will be made available online.

Presenters have to register as workshop participants and to pay the registration fee.
