Accepted papers qualify as regular or poster papers. All accepted DX papers willbe published in the Workshop notes and CD ROM. The workshop notes and CDROM will be distributed to participants only so that resubmission of papers to conferences or journals is permitted.
Authors must submit their paper's title and abstract via the web page http://www.laas.fr/DX04 by February 9, 2004. A pdf file of the full paper should then be uploaded via http://www.laas.fr/DX04 by February 13, 2004. Postal addresses, electronic mail, fax, and telephone numbers should be listed on the cover page of all papers.
Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by April 5, 2004. Accepted papers have to be revised to accommodate the referees’ comments. Final papers must be submitted in ECAI format (see http://www.dsic.upv.es/ecai2004/ ) and must not exceed 6 pages length. Camera-ready copies of the final paper are due by May 8, 2004.
To promote active discussion at the workshop, attendance will be by invitation only for those who wish to attend without submitting a paper. In this case, please e-mail a short abstract describing your research interests to DX04@laas.fr by February 9, 2004. Invitations will be mailed out by April 2, 2004.
